Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long do I have access for?
Upon completion of your Quarterly Payment Plan – which is four, quarterly payments of $147 over the course of your first year – you will obtain “Lifetime Access” to all current and future iExploreScience curricular resources, as well as the courses and workshops offered in the Professional Learning Library. After your fourth payment, your access will not expire.
You may choose to cancel your membership during your first year. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged again, but neither will you receive any refund. You will retain membership access through the end of your current payment period.
*To be clear, “Lifetime Access” indicates access for the “lifetime of this program and/or lifetime of this business” and it is not a guarantee of access throughout your lifetime.* That said, we will always do our best to provide ample notice of any changes to Spark Science materials.

We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. 2. What exactly does this program include?
Spark Science (Quarterly Payment Plan) includes full access to all existing curricular materials inside the Spark Curriculum Collection. Additional instructional materials will be added at the discretion of the iExploreScience team.
This program also includes access to courses and workshops inside the Professional Learning Library, such as Bring Wonder Back, Amplify Authentic Engagement, and The SOS System: Foundations Formula.
Spark Science (Lifetime All-Access) does not guarantee automatic enrollment in future live or on-demand workshops or courses offered by iExploreScience.
3. What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the Spark Curriculum Collection, which makes all materials available to you immediately upon purchase, we can offer only a 50% refund on your Spark Science (Quarterly Payment Plan) purchase.
Refund requests must be received within 3 days of enrollment. Contact nvantassel@iexplorescience.com to request your partial refund.
4. What if I need support?
The Professional Learning Library provides on-demand, video workshops to help you understand three-dimensional teaching and the use of student-driven storylines in your classroom. We suggest beginning with Bring Wonder Back and moving into The SOS System: Foundations Formula to understand how you can integrate phenomenon-based storyline-learning into your science class.
For questions regarding implementation and troubleshooting, please post your questions inside the Spark Circle discussion boards. You can also share your experiences and connect with Spark teachers who are also using the Spark Curriculum Collection through the Spark Circle as well.
